With a background spanning psychology, sociology, and a decade as a certified health professional, he brings a rare lens to business operations: understanding how humans actually behave inside the systems they're asked to use.
As a serial entrepreneur, he's lived the chaos of scaling firsthand. That experience became the foundation for the F-5 Engine Methodology—a framework born not from theory, but from the trenches of building, breaking, and rebuilding real businesses.
Today, Jared leads the vision across Freestyle Consulting, WarTable.ai, and Mosaic Venture Partners—a fleet of companies united by a single mission: give business owners the operational clarity to build something that lasts.
Tyler is the technical backbone of the operation. He architects and builds the platforms, integrations, and AI systems that power both Freestyle's client work and the WarTable.ai platform. When a system needs to scale, Tyler makes it happen.
Stephen brings enterprise-grade client experience to Freestyle. With a background in enterprise sales at NetSuite and deep specialization across software and service sales, he understands what it takes to onboard, activate, and retain clients at scale.
Udell knows the client's seat because he's sat in it. As a former business owner and marketing consultant, he brings firsthand understanding of what founders actually need—not just in the software, but in the relationship. He bridges the gap between strategy and support.
